Introduction

FictoraPrints is an independent digital art brand operated by Kaan Ergezen. FictoraPrints Pinterest Manager is a content management application developed solely for our authorized Pinterest Business account.

This policy explains what information the application may access through the Pinterest API, why it is used, and how requests about that information can be made. The application is intended to support the publication and management of FictoraPrints digital poster content.

Information We Access

Depending on the permissions granted to the application and the Pinterest features in use, the application may access account profile or business account details, board names and settings, Pin content and destination links, and available Pin or account performance analytics. It may also process authorization information needed to make approved API requests.

The application is designed for our own authorized Pinterest Business account. It does not access other people’s Pinterest accounts without their authorization.

How We Use Information

We use information available through the granted permissions to publish our original posters, organize and manage our boards, add links to our Etsy product listings to Pins, and review content performance. Information is used to operate and maintain these content management functions.

The application is not intended to collect information about Pinterest users for unrelated purposes.

Pinterest API Integration

The application communicates with Pinterest through the Pinterest API and only requests access needed for its enabled features. Pinterest processes API requests and account information under its own terms and privacy practices. Please review the Pinterest Privacy Policy for details about Pinterest’s processing.

You can manage or revoke the application’s access through the account authorization controls provided by Pinterest. Revoking access prevents future authorized API requests, but does not by itself confirm deletion of information that may already have been processed or retained elsewhere.

Data Storage and Security

Information may be processed or stored as needed to operate the application. The specific storage locations, access controls, and security measures depend on the application’s deployment and are not described here as fixed guarantees. Authorization information may be processed to make approved API requests.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other secret credentials by email when making a privacy request.

Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

Pinterest receives information included in API requests and handles it under Pinterest’s own privacy policy. Pins may include links to our Etsy listings; following a link takes you to Etsy, which processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Service providers used to host or operate the application may process information on our behalf. The providers involved depend on the services configured for the live deployment.

Data Retention and Deletion

A fixed retention period and an automated deletion schedule are not specified by this policy. Retention depends on the information handled and the application’s operational needs. To ask whether information related to the application can be identified or deleted, contact us using the details below. We will review the request and explain any limits that apply.

Revoking Pinterest authorization stops future access through that authorization. It does not automatically delete Pins or other content from Pinterest, nor does it establish that copies previously processed by the application have been deleted.

User Rights and Account Authorization

The application is for the FictoraPrints account and is not offered as a service for external users to connect their Pinterest accounts. The account owner can review the permissions granted to the application and revoke authorization through Pinterest’s account settings.
